We're seeking an experienced GenAI Tech Lead with a proven record of delivering AI solutions that achieve measurable business results. You will guide the strategy and roadmap for impactful AI capabilities, applying your expertise to solve business challenges and enhance the employee experience.

You will help design and scale AI systems that boost productivity, streamline operations, and open new opportunities for automation and intelligent tooling. Your leadership will ensure our GenAI roadmap is both visionary and executable, delivering tangible impact across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate pairs deep technical expertise with the ability to forge strong cross-functional partnerships, set clear technical direction, and champion responsible AI adoption.

• Define and maintain the IT GenAI vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Set technical direction by assessing emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools and recommending adoption in adherence to business and security requirements.
• Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery: discovery, prototyping, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for the latest AI technologies and emerging trends, advising leaders and teams on feasibility, impact, and risks.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, approachable manner to technical and non-technical partners.
• Be a key contributor to code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical documentation.
• Advocate for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI usage within the company.

• 6+ years of experience implementing AI solutions in IT operations, enterprise applications, knowledge management, or employee-support workflows.
• Demonstrated success in defining and delivering a global strategy for GenAI adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Deep understanding of and hands‑on experience with modern AI/ML technologies: large language models (LLMs), foundation models, vector databases, RAG, fine‑tuning, and orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.).
• Proficiency with Python/Type Script or similar languages; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of API integration, microservices, and enterprise systems architecture.
• Experience designing secure, compliant AI solutions within corporate environments.
• Background in data governance, privacy, or responsible AI.
• Experience leading engineering teams or cross‑functional technical programs.
• Experience working with onsite and remote internal customers across multiple business areas and disciplines.

• Experience using the Elastic Stack and Kibana.
• Experience in Security, Observability or Search domains.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
