Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across multiple teams by managing headcount, driving recruiting processes, and ensuring an equitable, inclusive, and positive candidate experience. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, analyzing staffing data, and helping build strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Manage headcount, track open roles, and support hiring strategy.

Prepare candidate packets and ensure accurate, objective interview feedback.

Support internal mobility and transfers.

Identify and implement process improvements in staffing.

Partner with hiring managers to provide updates and manage expectations.

Analyze staffing data to present insights and recommendations.

Source and engage candidates to build active and passive talent pipelines.

Support offer negotiation in partnership with internal teams.

Help drive DEI-focused hiring initiatives.

Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Staffing Services, Compensation, etc.).

Required Skill

Experience in recruiting, staffing operations, or talent acquisition.

Strong skills in data analysis, candidate pipeline management, and interviewing.

Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting tools, and sourcing channels.

Ability to partner with clients, build relationships, and influence hiring decisions.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Pay Range: $52 - 58/hr.

• Location- MOUNTAIN VIEW CA 94043 (Onsite)

• Work Schedule:
  
  Mon – Fri 8AM - 5PM

Pay Details: $52.00 to $58.00 per hour
