What

you’ll do
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting initiatives, influencing hiring managers on strategic talent acquisition.
  • Support comprehensive candidate assessment, aligning talent with team needs and evaluating skills for interview progression.
  • Collaborate with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, providing consultative support for long‑term hiring initiatives and managing expectations throughout the recruiting process.
  • Facilitate internal mobility, guiding transferees and hiring managers through an effective transfer process.
  • Oversee the preparation of candidate packets, ensuring accuracy, comprehensive feedback, and fair representation for Hiring Committee review.
  • Identify, investigate, pilot, and implement process improvements to enhance staffing efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage headcount for client groups, ensuring accurate tracking, influencing allocation, and assisting with requisition prioritization and reconciliation.
  • Partner with internal support teams and collaborate across People Operations to address staffing challenges effectively.
  • Interpret and analyze staffing data and hiring trends to present actionable recommendations that facilitate strategic decision‑making.
  • Support offer negotiations with candidates, evaluate offer data for patterns, and share best practices across teams.
  • Utilize recruiting processes and tools to gather role requirements, identify talent, and develop robust candidate pipelines.
  • Engage candidates to gather insights into their skills, motivations, and concerns, building trust and advocating for an excellent candidate experience.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in candidate pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of relevant product knowledge within the technology sector.
  • Proven ability in client and partner relationship management.
  • Experience with various staffing systems and tools.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comprehensive recruiting knowledge and best practices.
  • Solid business acumen and domain understanding.
  • Advanced interviewing techniques and skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong industry knowledge and market trends awareness.

  • Experience with resource planning and headcount management.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end internal hiring processes.
