In this pivotal role, you will leverage your recruiting expertise and analytical mindset to drive hiring outcomes while supporting an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Headcount Management:
    Manage headcount across diverse client groups, ensuring accurate tracking, influencing allocation, and identifying trends to optimize hiring strategy and priorities. Support requisition prioritization and reconciliation with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Candidate Packet Oversight:
    Oversee the preparation of candidate packets under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with job qualifications. Verify interview feedback is objective, comprehensive, and compliant.
  • Internal Mobility Champion:
    Support and champion internal mobility initiatives by partnering with transferees and hiring managers to enable a smooth and effective transfer process.
  • Process Improvement Driver:
    Identify, investigate, pilot, and implement improvements to staffing processes, contributing to enhanced efficiency and overall team productivity.
  • Client Relationship Cultivator:
    Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with client teams. Support long-term hiring initiatives, manage expectations, and educate stakeholders on hiring philosophies to develop robust talent pipelines.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker:
    Analyze staffing metrics and trends (e.g., pass-through rates, candidate experience), and present actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Talent Engagement Expert:
    Apply advanced recruiting tools and processes to build active and passive pipelines, engage candidates, assess motivations and skills, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Offer Negotiation Collaborator:
    Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on offer negotiations, evaluating offer data to identify trends and address challenges.
  • DEI Advocate:
    Actively support and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in partnership with business and staffing stakeholders.
  • Candidate Assessment Leader:
    Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, manage interview processes, and align talent to organizational needs.
  • Key Partner Liaison:
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to address complex staffing needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Targeted Initiative Developer:
    Design and execute targeted recruiting initiatives aligned to hiring goals, influencing hiring managers on strategy and execution.
