Required:

• As part of our small and growing recruiting team, you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best talent in the world.
• You’ll be a frontline ambassador for Nest and ensure a great candidate experience whether it's the initial call, updates along the way or closing the loop.
• You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and Nesters.
• You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
• However, you are not a number. You're an integral part of Nest's overall success.
• Serve as an expert for creating talent pool(s) by understanding the competitive landscape and hiring needs within Nest.
• Generate talent pipelines, engage with potential candidates and evaluate their fit for open roles.
• Shepherd candidates through the telephone interview phase and ensure a seamless transition to the recruiter.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to strategize and implement innovative pipeline generation efforts.
• Provide market intelligence to solve candidate pipeline challenges.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated technical sourcing experience with 1+ years of in-house/non-agency experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Recruiting server-side, embedded and/or apps software engineering candidates
• Experience working at consumer electronics or internet services companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Capable of solving complex pipeline challenges
