You will develop recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles, ensure exceptional candidate experiences, and report key metrics to leadership. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in technical recruiting, preferably in hardware or AI-focused startups, and strong communication skills. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday.
