, where you’ll partner with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and attract world-class talent in AI, ML, GenAI, Computer Vision, and other emerging fields. This is a high-impact contract role for a sourcing professional with proven expertise in building pipelines for senior and executive-level technology talent.

About the Role

As a Sr. Technical Sourcer
, you’ll develop proactive sourcing strategies, build strong candidate networks, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top-tier talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping recruiting strategies, promoting the employer brand, and ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline for leadership hires.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multi-channel techniques
• Build and nurture candidate networks across Linked In, Git Hub, Slack, and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and position requirements
• Craft engaging outreach campaigns and promote employer brand effectively
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics (conversion rates, pipeline quality, offer acceptance, etc.)
• Ensure diversity in candidate outreach and pipeline development
• Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring teams
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, coordinators, and other stakeholders to streamline hiring processes

• 5+ years of sourcing experience within an advanced technology organization
• Experience sourcing for Director+ and technology leadership roles in AI/ML/GenAI/CV
• Strong research skills and ability to engage passive candidates
• Proven success with social media, networking platforms, and advanced search tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling ability in outreach
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tenacious, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in challenging searches
