! We offer full-time and part-time positions in home, school, and community settings in Mountain View, CA
, along with comprehensive paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases
• Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits
• Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one
• Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
• Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
• Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!
• Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes
• Childcare experience required
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with children
