The Clinical Manager is responsible for 24-hour oversight of nursing and technologist practices in assigned units. This includes managing supply chain, budget, clinical practice, staff recruitment and retention, labor relations, education, employee evaluations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

The Clinical Manager collaborates with clinical directors, physicians, and staff to ensure high standards of patient care and responsiveness to patient and family needs. As the nursing leader, they create and empower teams to implement changes that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. They also develop and achieve unit goals.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred (may be in progress)
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical leadership experience
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a specialty area
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate
• Current California RN license required
• Basic Life Support certification
• Specialty certification preferred

• Interventional and Operating Room:
  Current fire and safety certification within 90 days of hire

$95.02 - $142.53 USD per hour
