• An Interim Manager, Rehabilitation Services is needed to lead and support a well-established rehab department across multiple sites.
• Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services, this leader will oversee approximately 40 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include reorganizing the departmental leadership structure, enhancing productivity, and holding staff accountable while fostering a collaborative, professional environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong union experience, be highly organized, hands-on, and able to establish credibility quickly with long-standing staff. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy required; a Physical Therapy degree is highly preferred.
• Active licensure in one of the above disciplines is required.
• Prior progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services, with proven success in unionized environments, is essential.

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
