A California healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Chief Compliance Officer!

• An Interim Chief Compliance Officer is needed to lead compliance and privacy functions within a multi-hospital health system.
• Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this leader will oversee a team of three direct reports.
• Key responsibilities include assisting leadership in preparing for upcoming board committee meetings, managing internal audit and compliance staff, addressing ethics and privacy complaints, and evaluating current operations to propose and implement long-term structural improvements.
• Must be highly organized, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• California experience is required.

• Compensation Range: $240,000 to $250,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
• Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
