Corporate Finance Manager

AI Startup in Stealth is a full-stack semiconductor company founded by pioneers of AI silicon, systems, software, and infrastructure to build the next generation of AI full-stack compute solutions. The team is tightly knit, comprised of senior engineering leaders—many of whom have worked together at the forefront of AI—backed by world-class institutional investors and strategic partners.

• Financial Performance & Planning:
  Long-term and annual planning, quarterly board reporting, and monthly financial performance review process. KPIs, milestones, variance analysis, and capital efficiency. Cash runway, cap table, scenario planning, and ROI modeling.
• Strategy, Board & Investors:
  Board decks, investor updates, fundraising, and diligence support. Capital allocation across R&D, headcount, and strategic investments and partnerships.
• Unit Economics, Pricing & GTM:
  First-principles unit economics, including should-cost analysis. Pricing strategy, GTM economics, and customer ROI. Contract and deal modeling.
• Fin Ops, Data & Analytics:
  Help lead Fin Ops and AI infrastructure analysis. Connect technical performance metrics to financial outcomes. Drive analytics using automation, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tools.
• Build & Scale the Function:
  Own finance systems:
  Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Quick Books, Carta, Rippling, Anaplan, and related software suites. Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern FP&A/analytics platforms a plus. Recruit a world-class team as the company scales.

• 5–10+ years FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, growth equity, and/or PE/VC at leading tech/semiconductor/AI companies, and/or top-tier firms.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and compute economics.
• Builder mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, takes ownership.
• Comfortable working directly with Founders, Boards, and institutional investors.
• Top-tier academic record required, CPA and other relevant certifications welcomed.
