Finance Lead

Our client, a global technology company in the fintech space, is seeking a Finance Lead.

Mountain View, CA. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations 3 days per week.

This role partners with the Workforce Solutions business segment to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial insights.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, developing and refining 1‑ and 3‑year strategic plans and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to monitor KPIs and provide insights for achieving strategic and financial goals.
• Build financial models to analyze complex business scenarios and inform go‑to‑market strategies.
• Prepare financial reporting deliverables, including month‑end close packages and variance explanations.
• Drive process improvements by streamlining, standardizing, and automating reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business;
  Master’s degree a plus.
• 6–8 years of FP&A or related experience (corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, analytics).
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase preferred.
