• Strong financial stewardship of AI products at Databricks
• Develop KPI reporting for products and partner with Engineering, Product & Data Science teams to achieve product goals
• Develop driver‑based revenue models and improve short‑term and long‑term forecasts of a dynamic product area
• Develop cost attribution models to inform drivers of current economics and improve forecasting
• Partner with pricing team to make pricing decisions for existing and new products
• Partner with commercialization team on key partnerships that will have material impact on revenue and margins
• Work and build relationships with partners across the R&D organization, finance and accounting teams to deliver improved insights

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or comparable quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience with financial modeling & data analytics
• Experience in FP&A and history of working with R&D teams on revenue planning, unit economics and cloud costs
• Excellent analytical skills; experience with SQL and BI reporting tools is required
• Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with complex spreadsheets and modeling techniques
• Understanding of GAAP accounting and non‑GAAP financial metrics
• Experience with Anaplan is a plus

Zone 1 Pay Range: $152,000–$212,750 USD
