* Job Description:

**** What candidate will Be Doing:
** Principal Accountabilities
* Responsible for  floor-planning, timing constraints, physical synthesis, formal verification, clock tree optimization, routing, extraction, timing closure, DFT, Antenna fixing &signal integrity, Power grid analysis etc in ASIC PNR Flow
* Execute the block level place and route assignments from Netlist through GDS flow
* Perform full chip implementation of complex SoCs (RTL-to-GDSII)  if needed.
* Close STA timing across all corners and modes for blocks and should be able to generate ECO independently .
* Work with design teams for closing CTS, IO timing, DFT timing.
* Responsible for digital design automation, flow-automation and regression across RTL-to-GDSII.
* Ensure successful delivery of blocks to customers

** What We Are Looking For:
*** 12-15+ yrs of experience in Physical Design with advanced
** node tape-out (3nm/5nm/7nm)
** experience
* ** Full chip level experience
** in one of the following is must (
** Not Block Level**)
* ** Fullchip STA
** w.r.t. constraints clean-up, eco generations, driving STA methodology
* ** Fullchip implementation/partitioning**, bump planning
* ** Fullchip Physical Verification cleaning up**,
** LVS
* * expertise* RTL2

Gate LEC
** debugging
* * skills, functional eco generation capability is added advantage.
* Proficient in TCL/Perl/Python scripting(Good to have).
* Excellent debugging skill
* Timing expert preferably w/ Siemens Fractal/Crosscheck tool experience for quality checks of incoming IPs for our AI
* Need familiarity with various .lib views and preferably Siemens Fractal/Crosscheck tool configuration experience.
* The position requires incoming IP view comparisons with previously released views using client's internal flow and configuring the crosscheck tool to filter out real violations and flag QA issues

Experience / Education  Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering Work Arrangement Fully On-Site:
Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
