Hardware Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Systems Engineer, Electronics Technician
About the Role
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer who will contribute to medium-scale hardware design and design validation projects. In this role, you will work under general guidance from senior engineers or managers while taking ownership of specific subsystems, from design through validation and documentation. You will be hands‑on with hardware implementation, testing, debugging, and improvement, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including firmware, manufacturing, and systems engineering.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving real hardware problems, working with lab tools, and seeing products move from concept to production.
- Analyze requirements and performance of complex or constrained hardware components with minimal guidance.
- Design, modify, and optimize hardware subsystems using industry‑standard tools.
- Review and contribute to block diagrams, schematics, layouts, BOMs, and design trade‑offs.
- Consider system‑level and cross‑functional constraints during design.
- Plan and execute hardware validation and verification activities.
- Perform measurements, simulations, and lab testing to validate design specifications.
- Identify hardware issues, risks, and failure modes; perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate discrepancies between predicted and actual hardware performance and suggest design improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation across the product lifecycle, including:
Design documents, Validation plans and test reports, Factory test and acceptance documentation, Support audits, reviews, and design sign‑offs as required.
- Work effectively in cross‑functional and cross‑project teams.
- Clearly communicate objectives, timelines, progress, risks, and issues.
- Share knowledge and best practices to support team and project success.
1+ year of experience in a hardware engineering or electronics product development environment OR an advanced degree (M.Tech / MS) in a relevant field.

- Domain‑specific experience (e.g., IoT, EV, medical devices, consumer electronics, RF, power electronics).
- Familiarity with manufacturing, factory testing, or production support.
- Experience collaborating with firmware and mechanical teams.
- Basic exposure to data analysis and performance optimization.
- Hardware design & validation
- Debugging & failure analysis
- Systems thinking
- Technical documentation
- Cross‑functional collaboration
