Responsibilities- Support and debug software tools used in manufacturing tests and provisioning.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to harden and optimize automated manufacturing test procedures.
- Manage data and analyse production test performance metrics to prioritise issues and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide technical test support to all local manufacturing areas, locations, and customers as needed.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience in data collection with electronic test equipment and data‑acquisition systems.
- Prior verification, validation, and testing experience with emphasis on debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including formal test reports and records.
- Experience in manufacturing test development and sustaining efforts at scale.
- Ability to read design drawings and wiring schematics.
- Excellent analytical abilities and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Google Suite, JIRA, JAMA, and GIT.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- International travel to CM for on‑site bring‑up and support.
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (with mechatronics experience), or a related field.
- Experience with data aggregation.
- Familiarity with FMCW LiDAR and/or RF transceivers.
- Experience with optical system prototyping and characterization.
- Experience in modern automotive electronics and diagnostic procedures.
The base salary range for this position is $181,000 - $262,000 per year, plus an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
