Our products support applications from radar and space to electronic warfare and UAV systems. Whatyou’ll do
- Tune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components and assemblies
- Work with frequencies from 500 MHz to 26 GHz (and up to 50 GHz for special products)
- Use advanced test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
- Perform hands‑on work under a microscope using specialized tools and probes
- Operate ball bonders, soldering irons, and gap welders as needed
- Collaborate with engineers on new product releases and troubleshooting
- Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure quality
- Maintain accurate test records and recommend improvements
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail (required)
- Proficiency with microwave test equipment and diagnostic tools (required)
- Completion of AC/DC theory and basic electronics coursework (required)
- Excellent understanding of electronic theory (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience (required)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (required)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)
