Job Summary:

Bizzell US has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Scheduler/Planner to join our team at AMES NASA’s. This role is essential in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of our projects. The Scheduler/Planner will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring that all project milestones and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule status reports to project teams and management.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling best practices and standards.
  • Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, and critical path analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date scheduling documentation and records.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an access card to the site.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera (P6) and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
