Job Description:

Research Lab Manager, Operations

In this role, you will build and maintain robust facilities for quantum computers. You will interface with local municipalities, contractors, research scientists, engineers, safety, and network teams.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with technicians and engineers on equipment and facility related maintenance, shutdowns, and emergencies.

Coordinate and commission equipment installation, translate technical documentation, and work with vendors to provide site-ready infrastructure.

Define and enforce operational procedures for laboratory safety and hazards.

Develop asset tracking, calibration tools, equipment maintenance procedures, and service contracts in a high-tech environment. Maintain inventory and manage ordering/reordering of high-value parts and equipment.
