Position Summary
Founded in 1873, Menlo Church has a rich history of serving the spiritual needs of our community and is a vibrant spiritual and social center in Menlo Park. Our journey has led us to expand across the Bay Area, with campuses in San Mateo, Mountain View, Menlo Park, and Saratoga.
Menlo’s mission is to bring hope to everyone by living out our identity in Christ every day. As we navigate the unique challenges of today’s culture, we are committed to being an endearing gospel presence in a region where many are skeptical. With a talented & dedicated staff, we envision a Bay Area that awakens to the freedom found in Christ, through meaningful and practical support.
Join us as we strive to equip our community to bring the gospel into every aspect of life. Together, we can make a lasting impact in the Bay Area and beyond.
The Associate Campus Pastor (ACP) will be a multi-faceted leader cultivating a warm and inviting environment for guests while fostering deeper connections within our congregation. The ACP will also help people engage more deeply in the ministry of the church through small groups, serving teams, events and programs, and personal discipleship. To accomplish this work, the ACP will recruit, build and manage a strong team of volunteers while supporting and encouraging their spiritual growth and development.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the spiritual growth of the people on their campus and of Menlo Church as a whole. Through their leadership and volunteer teams, the ACP will foster a culture where everyone—guests, attendees, and church members—feels loved, supported, and encouraged to take the next step in their relationship with God.
This is meant to be a developmental role that will work closely with the campus pastor (CP). The ACP will assist the CP as needed in areas of campus leadership including care, group leadership, and project management.
