We are hiring passionate, nurturing Infant Teachers to join our vibrant centers and uphold our reputation for excellence.

As an Infant Teacher, you will engage children in developmentally appropriate activities, including art, bubbles, circle time, and exploratory play to foster a love of learning early on. You will establish strong classroom management skills, build positive parent relations, and create memorable, positive experiences for each child.

$18–28/hr, depending on individual experience, education, and position requirements.

• Hands‑on training with a mentor‑teacher, 1:1 coaching sessions, and team check‑ins with the Leadership Team
• New Hire Welcome Workshop and Teacher In‑Service Staff Development Days
• CPR/First Aid certification courses and more
• Tuition loan payment plans to help Team Support Teachers complete core Child Development courses and become teacher‑qualified

• 12 ECE Units preferred
• Infant/Toddler Development Course is a plus
• If you haven’t taken child development classes, we will train you and help you complete core Child Development classes
• Experience with children preferred
• A love and passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication skills
• A reliable, can‑do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
