We are hiring full-time Head Infant and Head Toddler Teachers at our Campbell, Mountain View, Saratoga, and San Jose locations. An experienced Head Teacher will assist in overseeing the Infant and/or Toddler program and the evaluation of curriculum. Head Teachers work with and train fellow staff members and act as liaison between the Director and the staff within their age group.

You may visit other sites to share knowledge with employees at our sister schools and help plan and facilitate school and company-wide staff in-service meetings. This is an opportunity to lead an award-winning program.

Compensation: $25–$29.50/hour depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities and ensure the highest quality of care in the classroom. Oversee Infant and/or Toddler programs, evaluate curriculum, train staff, and liaise between the Director and staff within the age group. Support site visits to share knowledge with sister schools and assist in planning and facilitating staff in-service meetings.

• Associate's Degree
• Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including Infant/Toddler Development (we will help you complete this course if needed)
• 2 years of experience with children
• Love and passion for working with young children
• Professional, enthusiastic and influential role model to peers
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
