Your Role

As a Senior AI Product Designer, you will lead the design of complex, AI‑powered product experiences across our platform. You will operate at the intersection of AI, data, and human‑centered design—translating intelligent capabilities into experiences that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.

This Role Requires Strength Across Two Dimensions
  • Human‑in‑the‑Loop capability – presence, judgment, and the ability to represent the product confidently in live customer and executive settings.
  • AI‑native fluency – using AI as a force multiplier in your workflow while designing responsible, explainable AI experiences.

You will own high‑impact initiatives from concept through launch, balancing craft excellence with systems thinking and cross‑functional collaboration.

Scope of Impact
  • Lead design for complex features or initiatives within CDP, Personalization, or AI Marketing Cloud.
  • Shape interaction patterns for AI‑driven workflows including prediction, automation, and personalization.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of the Design System.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align user needs, data insights, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities Design & Craft
  • Lead end‑to‑end design for high‑impact initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human‑centered workflows.
  • Drive visual and interaction excellence with a high bar for refinement and clarity.
  • Identify UX inconsistencies or system gaps and proactively propose improvements.
  • Contribute to scalable patterns where appropriate, without losing sight of product context.
Human‑in‑the‑Loop Impact
  • Represent Product Design in customer meetings, internal All‑Hands, or live demo environments when needed.
  • Communicate product decisions clearly and confidently, including in unscripted discussions. Participate directly in customer conversations and research, demonstrating active listening and curiosity. Help translate AI functionality into compelling narratives tailored to different audiences.
  • Show thoughtful risk‑taking by proposing strong ideas backed by rationale and conviction.
AI‑Native Operating Excellence
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, and synthesis.
  • Design structured prompts to explore ambiguity and iterate toward higher‑quality outputs.
  • Build repeatable workflows that improve your efficiency and quality of execution.
  • Comfortably collaborate in version‑controlled environments (Git‑based documentation, specs, etc.).
  • Independently explore product or behavioral data to inform design direction.
  • Demonstrate understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and failure modes.
  • Consider transparency, bias, and ethical tradeoffs when designing AI‑powered features.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to integrate AI capabilities into real user workflows.
  • Align early on technical feasibility and system constraints.
  • Participate in usability testing and research synthesis.
  • Present work clearly to stakeholders, articulating tradeoffs and rationale.
Job Requirements Experience & Portfolio
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
