UX Motion Designer

Pay Range: $100 - $114/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Design:
  Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• 3D/Motion:
  Experience with Rive nice to have, but not required
• Collaboration:
  
  Proficiency with client Workspace and project management tools to maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Design End-to-End Experiences:
  Work on UX strategy and execution for client Beam features, focusing on maintaining presence throughout 3D communication and staying intuitive and accessible.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  Work closely with engineering, product management, and research teams to define technical constraints and user needs, ensuring a cohesive product vision.
• User-Centered Research:
  Partner with UX researchers to plan usability studies and synthesize feedback into actionable design improvements that enhance user delight and utility.
