Skylo’s direct-to-device service is now live on millions of activated devices across five continents, with more than 60 million square kilometers of coverage, in partnership with multiple satellite operators, mobile network operators (MNOs), Tier-1 chipset makers, and OEMs. Devices connected over satellite are managed and served by Skylo's commercial NTN vRAN, featuring a 3

GPP standards-based cloud-native base station and core. Skylo provides anywhere, anytime connectivity solution that seamlessly roams between terrestrial and satellite networks. Our focus is on enabling connected services for people outdoors and connected workflows across three main verticals: mass-market consumer devices, automotive, and industrial IoT.

Skylo is based in our Mountain View, CA office and requires being onsite 3 days per week.

Skylo is hiring a Brand Designer to help fulfill Skylo’s mission of making satellite connectivity available to all. This person will be a hands-on designer and systems builder to define and build our visual identity across all touchpoints. This is a foundational role for an ambitious creator who wants to be our one-person in-house agency. You will personally design and produce everything from our website and motion graphics to high-stakes sales decks and video production.

Your mission is to drive the visual expression of Skylo’s core narrative and positioning, ensuring our "open ecosystem" story is felt the moment someone lands on our site or sees our brand. You will establish a library of creative assets—including consistent video and photography—that the entire organization can use to tell our story.

• Visual Expression of Narrative: Partner with leadership to translate Skylo’s core positioning into a powerful visual language that differentiates us from "walled garden" competitors.
• Website Ownership: Own the UI/UX and visual evolution of the Skylo website, ensuring it serves as a high-converting storefront for our technology.
• Asset Library & Photography: Build and curate a library of photography, video snippets, and design templates. This is a self-service engine for the entire company.
• Full-Stack Design & Video: Personally execute all design needs, including motion graphics, high-fidelity executive presentations, and consistent product/explainer videos.
• Internal Brand Culture: Ensure the Skylo identity is woven into the internal culture, from office branding to internal communications templates.

• Experience: 0–3 years of design experience. Open to recent graduates with a standout portfolio who can iterate rapidly with the CEO and leadership.
• Autonomy: Must be a "strategic doer" capable of taking a rough brief and delivering a finished product without project management support.
• Digital Mastery: Expert-level experience in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and web platforms (Webflow or similar).
