You’ll work to develop Marketing Experiences across our owned channels that position our products as best-in-class, educate potential customers, as well as enable purchase. This design role is available in California locations and requires hybrid-in-person work in the office 3 days per week. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design, a collaborative team player, creative problem solver, strong communicator, and a constant advocate for the customer.

Responsibilities- Gain product knowledge across our suite of offerings
- Design meaningful and purpose-driven E2E experiences that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their small business
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives while commanding a positive mindset
- Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with marketing partners
- Have a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels
- Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for the web and beyond
- Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
- Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
- Lead and work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
- 10+ years experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a design-related field
- A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through web, email, and in‑product marketing funnels
- Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers
- Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
- Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results
- Powerful communication and presentation skills
- Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively
- A dazzling portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area: $157,000 - $212,500
