This pivotal role aims to streamline and fortify the procurement process, focusing on creating and nurturing strategic relationships with essential suppliers while ensuring the organization's procurement activities are aligned with its financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost management to support various internal needs. With a strong emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and value creation, this position is geared towards optimizing our supply chain and procurement strategies.

• Act as the primary liaison for developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor security screenings, contract reviews and negotiations, and the execution of RFI/RFPs.
• Conduct thorough price benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and cost-efficiency.
• Employ strategic sourcing practices for lower dollar and lower risk purchases.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with broader organizational goals.

• Proficiency in ERP and Source-to-Pay tools.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and experience in financial modeling.

Prior experience in strategic sourcing or contract management within fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments is required.
