The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $180,143 - $220,175 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The role is hybrid with the expectation of working from our offices in Mountain View, CA two days per week.

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions.
• Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well‑designed experiments (A/B Testing).
• Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why.
• Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team.
• Ideate, execute and measure initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
• Expertise with SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Creative thinking and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. Knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely is a plus.
• Experience creating offline ML models is a plus.
