Option 1 Staffing is seeking a very experienced and very detail oriented Executive Assistant to make their impact with our client. The perfect candidate will have Five(5) plus years of EA or Office Manager experience in the Financial Assistance industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CEO’s inbox to increase productivity and achieve swift responsiveness.
- Prepare materials for external engagements and board meetings
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar including prioritization and conflict resolution
- Maintain office inventory and supplies. Oversee office logistics
- Be a trusted gate-keeper, using discretion and sound judgement
- Strong organizational skills
- Extremely professional and discreet
- Five(5) plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with office equipment, Operations and facilities
- Very detail-oriented
- Proactive and self assured
