Title:
Administrative Assistant 3
Location:
Onsite – Mountain View, California
Duration: 4 Months (High Possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $31
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex administrative functions supporting multiple levels of management and external business partners.
- Manage executive and team schedules and calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, team events, and morale activities.
- Support department financial operations and personnel operations.
- Assist with facility operations and office management tasks.
- Manage procurement of goods and services, including:
- Computer equipment
- Office supplies
- Reference materials
- Vendor coordination
- Provide general office and operational support.
- Serve as the department or group contact for operational matters.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Disqualifiers
Candidates without experience in business support, office operations, or administrative support will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:- Experience supporting large, fast-paced teams
- Background in business operations
- Experience in:
- Office operations
- Meeting coordination
- Event or morale planning
- Strong adaptability and organizational skills
- Ability to provide clear examples of problem-solving and administrative impact
