We are seeking an HVAC Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining our vibrant and productive workspace.
What this job involvesAs our HVAC Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless facility operations with Operational Rigor. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, where Accountability for maintaining a high-quality environment is paramount:
- Proactivity in identifying and addressing facility needs, working closely with property managers to manage routine operations, including procurement of supplies and services.
- Provide general overall facility management services, continuously monitoring the office/facility to ensure optimal functionality and comfort.
- Act as a primary interface with clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Drive Speed & Responsiveness in coordinating special events and providing essential support for meetings and conference room reservations.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to our client environment.
- Provide clear direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers, fostering Integration and excellent execution of work.
- Manage and maintain smaller facility management tasks with an eye towards Cost Conscious solutions.
- Contribute to tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives, leveraging Data-Driven Insights to inform decision-making.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Facility or Property Administration.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Superior customer service skills and orientation, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar) and the capability to customize administrative reports, demonstrating a commitment to Data-Driven Insights.
- Ability to plan and manage work effectively under time constraints, showcasing your Proactivity.
- A strong ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, fostering seamless Integration across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style, essential for a Future-Forward Organization.

Estimated compensation for this position64,000. USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
