Position SnapshotWe’re seeking an experienced New Patient Scheduler / Administrative Support professional to support a fast-paced healthcare office. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, multitasking, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Register and schedule new patients
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Handle patient and provider in-basket messages
- Provide administrative support in a busy clinical setting
- Deliver excellent service to a diverse patient population
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong patient scheduling and administrative support background
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Pay Details$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
