Accounts Payable Specialist IV
Location:
Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6+ months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
What to look for- Bachelor Degree – preferred, CAPA or CAPP also a plus.
- 3+ years' in Accounts Payable
- Invoice processing
- Expense reimbursement handling
- Vendor payment cycles (ACH, checks)
- Matching, coding, and auditing of invoices/expenses
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Serving as point of contact for vendors
- Resolving discrepancies and inquiries professionally
- Verifying Tax IDs, obtaining ACH details, managing discounts
