- Additional bedside procedure training for CNAs and nurses
- Ongoing skill development
- Tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities, including programs designed specifically for future nurses
- Flex Variable: 0.1 FTE (12 hours per 2‑week pay period)
- Part-Time Days: 0.3 FTE (24 hours per 2‑week pay period)
- Shift times vary based on department needs
- Current CNA Certification in the state of practice or a Nurse Apprentice letter
- AHA BLS Provider certification
