We are an experienced, compassionate, and collaborative team dedicated to bringing integrity, respect, and innovation into the therapeutic process.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinician provides direct care to participants in our Behavioral Health and Family Services program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive therapeutic services to clients and families.
Qualifications- Maintain required licenses and/or certifications as mandated by IDAPA.
- Strong computer skills – efficient typing and experience with electronic health records.
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
- Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
- Pass an enhanced background check.
- 0-2 years of clinical experience.
- Developing treatment plans.
- Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy.
- Experience with trauma-informed or trauma-related interventions and skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, moving quickly from one task to another.
- Computer literacy and preference for using an electronic health record.
- Professional licensure maintained.
- Collaborative working with a multidisciplinary team model.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Licensure accepted: LPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, CADC.
