** The Opportunity
** Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a
** Site Advisor
** to support students and academic operations at the assigned campus location. This position plays an important role in providing student-centered support services, assisting with daily site operations, and serving as a liaison between students, faculty, and university departments. The Site Advisor helps ensure a positive learning environment by supporting enrollment activities, coordinating classroom logistics, and assisting students with academic and administrative needs.
This role is ideal for an organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative higher education environment.
This is an in-person position located in Mountain Home, Idaho.
** Compensation
* * The annual salary range for this position is up to $43,888. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.# Qualifications
** Required Education and
Qualifications:
*** Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Prior experience in higher education, student services, advising, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn university systems and technology platforms.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
* Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.
