Description & Requirements St. Luke’s Elmore is seeking a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician to join our collegial, patient-focused primary care team. The team includes a mix of family medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, and internal medicine.

• This is an ambulatory opportunity at Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic, seeing patients of all ages across preventive care and treatment for specified conditions or acute illnesses.
• We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for wellness and illness.
• The Trinity Mountain clinic offers a wide scope of services, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, and disease management.
• This position includes newborn nursery, pediatric call, and cesarean section assisting.

St. Luke’s Elmore has three clinic locations providing a broad spectrum of specialty care, urgent care, and primary care. These clinics are located on the same campus as the St. Luke’s Elmore hospital with 25 inpatient beds, a 24-hour emergency department, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit.
