The Baxter Health RN Residency Program#provides#a#comprehensive on boarding experience to transition and support#newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners.# The Baxter Health RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components. This program was designed for RN graduates and RN#s, with six (6) months or less experience.

RN#s with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible.# Specific criteria must be met.
