Job Details:

• Work 36 or 48 hours per week in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU

• Care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics

• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends

• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract

• 36 hours of orientation provided

• Graduate of accredited nursing school with ADN required, BSN preferred

• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license required

• Minimum 3 years of experience required with CRRT experience preferred

• Previous charge experience required

• Travel experience highly preferred

• BLS certification required, ACLS required within first six months

• Cerner charting system experience preferred

• Must be available to complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer

• Provide care for cardiovascular patients post-surgery including CABG, valve repairs, and vascular interventions

• Work with advanced equipment including IABP, ECMO, Impella Heart Pump, and induced hypothermia protocols

• Manage patients requiring specialized therapies and interventional procedures

• Support interdisciplinary team including IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
