Job Details:

• Work 36 or 48 hours per week in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU unit

• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends

• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract

• 36 hours of orientation provided

• Care for patients from neonates to geriatrics undergoing cardiovascular procedures

• Provide post-operative care for coronary artery bypass grafting, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, heart valve replacement or repair

• Manage patients requiring specialized equipment including IABP, ECMO, and Impella Heart Pump

• Experience with induced hypothermia and advanced cardiac interventions

• Work with state-of-the-art technology and equipment

• Minimum 3 years of experience required with CRRT experience preferred

• Previous charge experience required

• Travel experience highly preferred

• ADN required, BSN preferred

• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License required

• BLS required, ACLS within first six months of employment

• Cerner charting system experience preferred

• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
