Job Details:

• Work in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU caring for patients from neonates to geriatrics

• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends

• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract

• 36 hours of orientation provided

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required with previous charge experience

• Travel experience highly preferred

• ADN required, BSN preferred from an accredited school of nursing

• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing required

• BLS required, ACLS within first six months of employment

• CRRT experience preferred

• Cerner charting system experience preferred

• Care for cardiovascular patients post-CABG, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, valve procedures

• Experience with specialized equipment including IABP, ECMO, Impella Heart Pump, hypothermia protocols

• Manage patients requiring advanced therapies and interventional procedures

• Skills required include arterial line management, ventilator care, cardiac drip titration, blood product administration

• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer

• Hard document submission deadline 3 business days prior to start date
