The Impact You'll Make
Primary function is to cut, coil, wind, package, and label according to standards and customer specifications. This is a 3rd Shift position.
- Perform necessary service functions for Cut & Coil Operator
- Inspect the hoist at the beginning of each shift
- Check the hose guides for any sharp edge
- Measure the O.D. and the I.D.
- Follow special instructions on the job card
- Follow proper partial rack database procedures
- Complete job cards
- Identify and remove any defects
- Do final inspection of the hose
- Enter the production amounts in the computer
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist other operators when possible
- Cross train for flexibility
- Work within all safety and quality guidelines
- Perform other duties as necessary
- Required (Basic) Qualifications
:
High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel
