Loads material into and out of the warehouse and distributes material to the various departments and workstations using forklifts, pallet jack hand trucks, and carts.

• Transport/deliver materials.
• Pack parts, supply machines, and discard scrap.
• Order materials, wrap pallets, and make boxes.
• Load/unload materials into and out of shipping containers.
• Perform inventory management using batch trace; create/maintain/verify documentation.
• Operate forklift.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to: read and understand job instructions, write legibly and use a numbering system, work with minimal direction, and communicate clearly/respectfully with all levels of personnel in area/plant.
• Must be able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Position requires occasional overtime on weekends and off shift to cover absentees and vacations on other shifts.
• Industrial warehouse experience preferred.

• Requires walking, lifting a minimum of 35 lbs., bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, climbing, and carrying parts.
• Safe operation of a forklift/motorized vehicle.
• Must pass forklift physical.
• Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The base hourly wage for this role is 18.65 per hour. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
