We are in seeking a dedicated individual to be responsible for keeping buildings, ground and equipment in good working condition. Oversee and perform any custodial work for the care and maintenance of bank buildings and grounds. Work is generally performed in accordance with established procedures but specific instructions may be given on unusual jobs or problems. Work is subject to inspection by a supervisor for compliance with standards of cleanliness and instructions.

Perform courier services for the bank. Open the bank daily, do a walk through so employees may enter safely. Conduct construction inspections. Pick up and deliver bank mail to and from the post office daily. Collaborate with maintenance vendors and contractors. Upkeep and maintenance of landscaping.

• Valid Class C Drivers license and acceptable driving record. Working knowledge of power, hand tools and equipment. Ability to complete orders.
• High School diploma or GED

• This job will be located at one of our branches in Arkansas. You must live in or be willing to relocate to Arkansas.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
