What will you be doing?The goal of this position is to ensure that WWT’s Global Service Provider (GSP) client/sales organization has a documented strategy and the appropriate enablement content to pursue and deliver GSP industry solutions. In addition to supporting the pursuit and winning new business, the Solution Consultant role is critical in building out cross‑sell and up‑sell solutions that align throughout the lifecycle of multi‑year agreements, driving services and technology consumption and positioning for successful renewal.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex industry GSP Solutions
- Builds content for internal and external audiences to articulate solution benefits, methodology, and key outcomes
- Meets regularly with GSP client stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and partners to educate on offerings and solicit feedback
- Builds and delivers customer‑facing discovery, training & education sessions as applicable
- Works with various roles within CX organization to support opportunity creation/pipeline development efforts
- Meets with partner community as needed to develop/document/enhance offerings
- Provides regular updates to leadership on progress and navigates escalation when appropriate
- Must have at least 5 years of experience supporting direct client engagements from a sales/solutioning/delivery perspective, conducting needs analysis and presenting, closing, delivering solutions sales and delivery to targeted accounts
- Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are required with the ability to present and establish relationships with customer's senior level executives
- Must possess excellent customer engagement skills with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint
- Demonstrated ability to help solve complex problems working with the responsible account teams
- Ability to travel as required – 35%
- Bachelor's degree is preferred with an advanced degree highly desirable

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $100,000–125,000 plus commission. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
