Summary – Travel RN ICU | Baxter Health (Mountain Home, AR)

• Role: Registered Nurse – ICU (Medical/General & CVICU)
• Location: Mountain Home, AR
• Start Date: 02/23/2026 (no sooner)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Openings: 1
• Shift: Nights, 4x12 hrs (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 or 48 hrs/week
• Unit: 17-bed ICU/CSICU | Census ~15
• Patient Ratio: 1:2 (Days/Nights/Weekends)
• Float: Yes | Weekends: Every other (12 shifts/contract)
• Orientation: 36 hrs (16 hrs non-billable)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years ICU; prior Charge experience required
• Travel Experience: Required / highly preferred
• Licensure: Active AR or Compact RN (in-hand at submission)
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (NIHSS required at submission)
• Charting: Cerner (preferred)
• Skills: High-acuity ICU (CVICU, ECMO, IABP, CRRT preferred, vents, cardiac drips, neuro/renal support)
