MHPS is accepting applications for a Clerical Aide in the Special Education Department. The role requires a highly self‑motivated individual who works well with others, can work quickly and efficiently, and is organized, detail oriented, a quick learner, and proficient in time management.

• Update and maintain student records
• Prepare and distribute accommodations
• Schedule conferences
• Maintain a schedule of evaluations and re‑evaluations
• File paperwork in binders
• Provide copies of paperwork to parents
• Provide building‑level designee with required items
• Copy/mail progress reports quarterly
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Special Education Director
