- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnosis of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndromes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced medical techniques and therapies
- Manage complex cases involving perioperative care, reproductive endocrinology, and hormone replacement therapies
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, nephrology, radiology, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Perform procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections, biopsies, and other minimally invasive interventions related to endocrinology
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and health coaching strategies to promote long-term wellness
- Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at advancing endocrine care standards
- Proven experience as an Endocrinologist or in a similar specialty with a strong background in managing hormonal disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems like Epic and other medical imaging tools for diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with procedures including catheterization, ultrasound imaging, and basic laboratory testing related to endocrinology
- Experience working in inpatient settings such as hospital medicine or ICU environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Prior involvement in clinical research or trials related to endocrinology or metabolic diseases is advantageous
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess complex cases involving multi-system conditions such as cardiology or neurology disorders
