• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnosis of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndromes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced medical techniques and therapies
• Manage complex cases involving perioperative care, reproductive endocrinology, and hormone replacement therapies
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, nephrology, radiology, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Perform procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections, biopsies, and other minimally invasive interventions related to endocrinology
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and health coaching strategies to promote long-term wellness
• Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at advancing endocrine care standards

• Proven experience as an Endocrinologist or in a similar specialty with a strong background in managing hormonal disorders
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems like Epic and other medical imaging tools for diagnostic evaluation
• Familiarity with procedures including catheterization, ultrasound imaging, and basic laboratory testing related to endocrinology
• Experience working in inpatient settings such as hospital medicine or ICU environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Prior involvement in clinical research or trials related to endocrinology or metabolic diseases is advantageous
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess complex cases involving multi-system conditions such as cardiology or neurology disorders
