Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Healthcare Administration
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant based at our Head Office, in Llanishen, South Wales. You will have a demonstrable track record of working within a fast‑paced customer focused environment to make a real difference to people's lives, homes and communities. Who are we looking for and what will you be doing? We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about what we do and wants to play a key role in helping us deliver excellent services to our residents and staff.
With a strong customer‑focused and empathetic approach, you will bring proven experience in administration and enable the delivery of services to our residents by providing effective administrative support to all departments within the Group. Using the WWH values, you will demonstrate effective skills and behaviours to confidently be a part of the administration function. A positive, flexible attitude and strong personal values that align with ours are essential, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. This role is office based and suits someone who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy team, and who can solve problems and manage their workload effectively while making sound decisions. You will be expected to carry out a wide range of admin tasks, including proof reading and formatting external correspondence.
You will monitor door entry systems and distribute compliance documents in line with legal requirements.

- Salary £27,504 - £30,178 per annum.
